（中央社記者陳俊華台北7日電）中秋疏運迫在眉睫，交通部長賀陳旦今天到立法院向民進黨立委報告，與會的立委葉宜津說，賀陳旦一方面在安撫台鐵員工、拜託員工加班，一方面做了各項調度，「應該沒有問題」。

民進黨立法院黨團交通政策小組上午邀請賀陳旦參與會議，就近來交通部重大政策，包括中秋連假國道疏運、台鐵工作權益問題、機場捷運通車事宜、交通部近期人事爭議、電信及郵政兩協會財產歸還爭議等，進行說明。

會後媒體關注台鐵中秋疏運問題，葉宜津受訪時說，賀陳旦在會中向委員們報告，一方面交通部還是在安撫台鐵員工、拜託員工加班；一方面也做了各項調度，希望可以穩穩地度過這個中秋假，「他說他們（交通部）盡力了，應該沒有問題」。

葉宜津說，交通部知道台鐵員工很辛苦，但台鐵這幾年有點奇怪，買了很多車廂卻沒有增加人員，台鐵向行政院要求增加員額，行政院卻一直沒有批准，直到新政府林全內閣上任以後才准了，但還要招考、訓練，台鐵盡快補足。

葉宜津表示，現在年輕的新進台鐵員工，寧可放假也不要加薪的加班，這也是一個問題，所以員額的增加是一定要的，但也真的要特別拜託台鐵員工，特別是中秋節大家都比較思念家人想要回去，可能有許多台鐵員工需要加班，對於加班的員工她心存感激，乘客也要多體諒。1050907

台灣版《機場裡的小旅行》！國內3個20多歲年輕人，仿照英國作家艾倫?狄波頓，6月到8月間在各大機場駐點寫作發現，日本人對AV女優在台灣受歡迎感到訝異，美國人以為在桃園機場可看到「瀑布」(雨天漏水），南韓人覺得台灣人勇於為自己權益發聲。

艾倫?狄波頓是全球第一位機場駐站作家，英國希斯洛機場讓他在機場裡採訪旅客，並在出境大廳設置一個特別座位讓他寫作，他因此出版了《機場裡的小旅行》一書。林睿哲、李姿慧及連羚芷等3人仿效艾倫?狄波頓，組成RBF（飛行前拆除）團隊，向教育部青年署申請「尋找感動地圖實踐計畫」，在松山機場、桃園機場、小港機場及花蓮機場爭取一張桌子駐點寫作（僅桃園機場不願提供桌子），採訪4、50個外國遊客，記錄他們對台灣看法，將發表在自己創辦的雜誌。

林睿哲說，在松山機場時，有一個日本人，因工作來台灣60次了，認為「台灣人很溫暖，台灣住起來很舒服」。不過同一時間，當他看到5、60個台灣人（男人為主）大陣仗接機日本AV女優時，「有點嚇到」，想不到日本這樣的女生，在台灣如此受歡迎。

一位美國人在桃園機場時告訴李姿慧，「我以為在這裡會看到瀑布」，美國電視新聞報導台灣機場雨天漏水，那畫面讓人印象深刻，他以為來了也會遇到。另一位美國人表示，台灣馬路這麼小，車子卻這麼多，大家還可以前進，「台灣人似乎都是開車高手」。

在松山機場，一個南韓遊客說，台灣人勇於為自己權益發聲，在這裡常看到遊行、抗議，台灣政府也願意容忍不同意見。相較之下，南韓政府對於民間陳情往往採取打壓手段。

在高雄小港機場，有香港人高度肯定台灣服務業，他們說，在香港餐廳吃飯，服務生常將菜單丟給客人，很無禮；但在台灣，即使是平價餐廳，服務態度也很好，他們常搭機到台灣來玩及吃東西。
